Dr. Michael Pedicino

Dr. Pedicino offers counseling and psychotherapeutic services to individuals and couples in New Jersey, looking for a creative way to attain happiness, contentment, serenity, productivity, and unconditional love in every aspect of life, relationships and/or one’s career. Patients/clients will be guided to experience what improvisation, creativity, and consciousness can bring to one’s state of being. Habitual and/or dogmatic patterns of behavior, which have led to discomfort, anxiety, and emotional distress, will be clinically re-examined so that new patterns of thought and behavior will create newly discovered satisfaction and happiness.

“My original specialties in psychology came from my personal understanding of creative individuals. I began my adult life as a performing artist and professor. I later attended medical school, completing all pre-clinical med school course work so that I could better understand the human body and mind.”

“I went on to complete a doctoral degree in psychology, and specialize in using creatively dynamic ways to treat anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, relationship issues, parenting skills, couples skills, family dynamics and conflict, anger management, behavioral issues, self esteem issues, and any other potential emotional conflict.”
